To introduce new and grow existing business into Eventurous, cross selling all areas of the product offering, including motorised, non motorised, indoor and out door team building activities and event themes. Continue to build and maintain close relationships with clients, to increase revenue streams into Eventurous.
Applicants are required to have an excellent working knowledge of the events world.A targeted and experienced approach to sales is required with a strategy to drive sales through targeted research, tele-sales, face to face appointments, attendance of industry events, client educational events and supporting key partners with their client events.
To demonstrate our hands-on approach of working with clients, there may be a need to be initially involved at all stages of the event process, including site visits, planning meetings and creative meetings

Job Tasks
1.To identify new business opportunities by undertaking research on targeted companies/organisations, these qualified leads will be developed to appointment/presentation level.
2.To identify existing business opportunities by undertaking research on our existing client database, and develop a plan to ensure that Eventurous maximises any business opportunities.
3.To introduce new business, through the development of relationships with conference co-ordinators, business influencers, decision makers, sales and general managers.
4.To motivate and give clear direction to any staff at Eventurous who are supporting any sales function within the business to ensure results are achieved.
5.To deliver 8 Business face to face appointments per week, these will include client accompanied site inspections, hosting of lunch/dinner, group presentations and individual face to face appointments with direct clients, hotel sales staff and venue finding agencies.
6.Planning and preparation for Face to Face appointments, site inspections, client events and capture concise appointment notes and market intelligence.
7.To manage client relations and monitor financial progress of client accounts to deliver targeted sales revenue.
8.To create and carryout Eventurous bespoke company presentations utilising PowerPoint, in accordance with company standards to individual and group audience(s).
9.To create and deliver a sales plan and produce monthly reports on sales performance.
10.Create and run an annual marketing calendar of activities.
11.Utilise computerised sales database and diary management system, to record all outbound, inbound sales activities.To complete/close activities/calls/meetings/to-do’s on a weekly basis and ensure the system is current.
12.To produce weekly diary of future activities by close of business each Thursday.
13.Preparation for and attendance of sales meetings review presentations to the Director of Eventurous.
14.To plan Eventurous client events and assist in partner events.To attend all client and partner events and have a strategy to follow up the clients after these events.
15.As and when required handle all manner of client enquiries and capture information accurately.
16.To assist in future product develop.
17.To promote and run all incentive programmes and upscale where appropriate.
18.To carry out customer surveys, looking a pre, during and post event delivery.
19.To carry out additional duties deemed reasonable by the Director(s) of the company.
